I've walked the path you’re on—striving for athletic performance, battling insomnia from shift work and emotionally knocked to the ground losing close family members to illness. During my time on night shifts, I found it incredibly challenging to fall and stay asleep. High stress levels and shallow breathing became my norm. Despite my background in fitness, I discovered that to reach my goal of running 100km, I would need to master effective breathing for better oxygen delivery & efficiency. My journey took an even deeper turn when I lost both my mother and sister to cancer. In that difficult time, I turned to breathwork for healing and trauma release instead of substance abuse.

Now, with my personal experiences and certifications in breathwork, including being an advanced Oxygen Advantage instructor, I am dedicated to helping others optimise their functional breathing.

Breath is our power source, and when harnessed correctly, it can lead to optimal health and well-being.
