What To Bring & How To Prepare For A Breathwork Event.
Our events have limited spaces available, so be sure to book in early and reserve your spot.
Our Breathwork journey events will be coached by head facilitator Mat Kinnear. He will guide you through the process with the presence of music, palo santo, and essential oils.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask (if you have one). Refrain from eating large meals at least two hours prior and avoid caffeine prior for best results.
If doing an online journey, find a quiet space free from distractions. Have access to a bed, yoga mat or a comfortable place to lay down. Headphones if preferred or a good speaker to hear the coaching and music.
Breathwork is a phenomenal catalyst for transformation and healing. For best results, please be ready, present, and free from any distractions. Breathwork is not the easiest or the hardest thing you will ever do, but you will have to be prepared to do the work to experience the best outcome.
