I’m Mat, founder of BreathworkLab. I've walked the path you’re on—striving for better sleep as a shift worker. My body had been through the ringer when it came to restoring balance. Despite my background in holistic health, I needed to address the fundamentals in daily breathing habits which would then translate to night. 

Now, with my personal experiences and certifications in breathwork, including being an advanced Oxygen Advantage instructor, I am dedicated to helping others optimise their functional breathing.

To me, this is more than just a program; it’s a toolbox full of evidence-based techniques and scientific research to improve sleep, reduce stress, combat insomnia and manage anxiety.
